From North & South Las Vegas off of 15 HWY:

1. Exit at Flamingo West.
2. Go About 1.5 mile until you pass Decatur and  Lindell.
3. Right after you pass Lindell, look for a big trees with professional building on the right hand side.
4. We are about half of block on the right hand side after Lindell  5680 W. Flamingo. Suite A

From  Summerlin:

1. From Flamingo Road, Go down east toward Strip.
2. Right after you pass Jones Blvd, in about block and half, you will see a few professional buildings together on left hand side.
3. Make a U-turn to go into the Parking lot of 5680 W. Flamingo Road Suite A

From  Henderson:

1. Take 215 HWY to West
2. Take 15 HWY North.
3. Get off at Flamingo West and go about 1.5 mile
4. Pass Decatur and  Lindell.
5. Right after you pass Lindell, look for a big trees with professional building on the right hand side.
